Product Description
Another great addition to the Organic Objects line from Reclaim Recycled Products! The Chunk bench is a backless bench made from reclaimed cedar that is massive in size (and weight).
It really is a heavy bench, usually weighing in around 800-1100 lbs. The bench is essentially half the diameter of an old Cedar, running 5'-6' in length. It is planed down, following the natural curves of the wood resulting in a massive unique shape, best described as 'the Chunk'.
The cedar used by Reclaim Recycled Products is either drift wood or fallen wood salvaged from the forest with a permit, making it an extremely eco-friendly product. The wood is sanded down with various abrasives until a beautiful finish is achieved and has a low V.O.C. treatment giving it a natural looking shine.
