What does the Landscape Architect Superstore (LASS) sell?
The Landscape Architect Superstore sells various outdoor elements. Our current offering encompasses benches, waste receptacles, bicycle racks, bollards, granite and marble slabs, stone cladding, pavers, table and chair sets, planters, playground equipment and surfacing, among other things. Although LASS is set up to cater specifically to the needs of landscape architects, urban designers, and developers, anyone is allowed to purchase products from the store as long as the minimum purchase amount is met.

The default currency of our pricing is US dollars.
Return to the topDo the product prices include taxes and shipping charges?
The price listed on an individual product page does NOT include taxes and shipping. Once you proceed to the checkout, taxes will be calculated automatically based on your province of residence. You can also use the shipping estimator to calculate your shipping costs. After you have done that, you can update your subtotal and view a grand total for your order, including the taxes and shipping charges.

Because LASS already offers the lowest price available, we do not extend credit terms.

The minimum amount for an order from LASS is $3,000.00 CDN (excluding taxes and shipping).

Our automated online system is the only way to place an order with LASS.
Return to the topI am hesitant about buying online, is it safe for me to use my credit card?
LASS has a secure checkout provided by Paypal. Paypal uses Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) and encrypts user information with a 168 bit key (the highest level commercially available). To further safeguard your credit card, Paypal does not directly connect its firewall-protected servers to the internet so no one can access information once a transaction has been made.

Urban Green is a Canadian contracting company that specializes in designing, selling, and installing outdoor elements to landscape architects, urban designers and developers. In an effort to better serve the landscape architect community and expand our offering, members of Urban Green helped launch LASS in early 2010. LASS allows us to showcase our competitive offering throughout Canada and the rest of the world. The site enables landscape architects, urban designers and developers to instantly access all pertinent information regarding the products we carry. LASS is owned and operated independently from Urban Green.

If you are not yet a member of the store, you will need to register for an account. If you are already registered, please follow the link in your email to purchase. Specified items and projects are password protected so if you have not received an email from your landscape architect, you must contact them first and request the password.
Return to the topIs it possible for me to download any CAD files to put into my designs?
We endeavor to provide CAD files (and other downloadable information) for all of our products to better serve the needs of our clients. If you required a CAD file and it is not available, please let us know and we will get it for you.

Return to the topWhat do I do if I receive a defective product?
On the rare occasion that a product is defective, please consult the warranty policy and contact claims@landarchsuperstore.com as soon as possible. Please note, this must be done within 30 days of date of delivery. For more information on the return procedure, please consult the return policy.

Return to the topHow long will it take for my product to arrive?
Generally, delivery will take 6 – 8 weeks from date of invoice. Please be advised that this is a general lead-time parameter is subject to change without notice.
Return to the topHow do I receive my delivery?
You will receive an email approximately 2 weeks prior to when your shipment is scheduled to be delivered. Approximately 48hrs before the shipment arrives, you will receive a phone call to coordinate on receiving the delivery. A shipment is considered delivered once it is removed from the delivery truck.

On occasion, LASS can accommodate custom requests. Please send a detailed email of what you are looking for to customerservice@landarchsuperstore.com.

Anyone who signs up to LASS can place an order for products. Please refer to our shipping page for more detailed information on domestic and international shipping.
Return to the topHow much should I allow for breakage / damage when I place my order?
If you are ordering stone products (pavers, granite and marble slabs, etc), we suggest adding 2%-8% for breakage. If it is above 8%, please contact claims@landarchsuperstore.com immediately.

Yes, the projects in your account will remain until you decide to remove them from your account.
